Hand carved slotted olive wood spoon by the Italian woodworker Andrea Brugi. Each of these quirky spoons is one of a kind, and becomes more beautiful with age and use. 

Based in Tuscany, Brugi's iconic olivewood boards and utensils are made from local olive trees, some of which are up to 1000 years old. The trees are protected and only felled when they no longer bear fruit.
